Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, provide individualized instruction, and promote the social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
