Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will play a vital role in their development and education, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Experience working with students in an educational setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of child welfare and early childhood education principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies
- Experience working with toddlers or in a daycare setting is a plus
