Since 2004, KIND has been on a mission to create a kinder and healthier world - one snack and one act at a time. Its iconic KIND© bars - made with real, recognizable ingredients - sparked the growth of an entirely new healthy snacking category. Today, KIND has a family of more than 80 snacks that offer solutions for a variety of occasions. Campaign Management

• Manage overall campaign management and execution of social and digital marketing campaigns
• Execute content matrixes and gain alignment/approval from internal partners including brand marketing and legal to ensure on-time launches
• Assist the Manager, social media in sharing plans and results with key stakeholders; including the organization of a monthly meeting recap with the entire marketing team
• Lead the day-to-day work needed to support the KIND content calendar and publishing cadence for owned channels, including the organic social media.
• Identify new opportunities, concepts and content for KIND owned channels that are timely and culturally relevant that drive brand metrics and revenue.
• Partner closely with both internal and external agency partners on campaign management execution

Analytics & Measurement

• Lead monitoring and reporting of ongoing owned and earned social media performance;
• Assist the Manager, Social Media in compiling and distributing paid digital media creative leanings using key campaign data and share learnings across the team, including brand marketing, shopper marketing and e-commerce to drive insights in content development and strategy.

You have…

• 3-5 Years of Experience
• BA/BS, English, Journalism or Marketing background preferred
• Excellent writing skills
• An ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Experience in community management for a brand or media company
• Experience with social media management systems, analytics and social listening tools

Pluses

• Graphic design and video editing skills
