Job Summary: The Technology trainer is a professional responsible for educating and enhancing team members skills on various technology and software used by Kimray.

Essential Job Functions:

• Serves as in-house subject matter expert on NetSuite during implementation and sustainment.
• Conducts ongoing onboarding and training for NetSuite, Microsoft 365 and Teams, and other software commonly used at Kimray. 
• Designs and develops training materials, curriculum, and resources for commonly used systems at Kimray.
• Conducts training sessions in various formats, such as classroom, online workshops, one-on-one coaching, and eLearning. 
• Stays up-to-date and the latest technological advances, and software applications.
• Assesses and evaluates learning through practical applications.
• Assists trainees in troubleshooting technical issues or challenges they encounter.
• Maintains training document records.
• Runs analytics on technology training. 
• Collaborates with Technology Innovation Team for requests and sustainability of new applications that team rolls out.
• Supports all departments in meeting technology training needs.
• Collects detailed information to categorize requests and determine training demands
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member
• Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5 years of training experience
• NetSuite experience required
• Proven experience in technology training and NetSuite
• Ability to manage projects
• Problem solving skills and ability to adapt training methods to different audiences
• Must have advanced computer and technological skills
• Continuous learning and growth mindset
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
• Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must pass background check and drug screen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
