This is it! We are seeking a highly-engaged, driven, performance-minded leader to help take our Food and Beverage operations to the next level and be the 'head coach' to our F&B leadership team. This position ultimately oversees two F&B outlets (Blue Hound Kitchen Cocktails and Eden Rooftop Bar) and a rocking banquet/events department.
The perfect applicant will exercise extreme ownership of the departments and be able to teach, grow, support, and cheerlead our team members to success. Must be highly collaborative with the culinary leaders - as well as being top-line driven in seeking ways to unlock revenue in conjunction with our marketing/social media teams.

What You'll Do
Provide restaurant guests with friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, strong price value, and consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment. Development of an annual marketing plan to penetrate new sales opportunities and maximize use within existing markets.
