Our F&B Manager will lead the American Airlines Lounge operations (PHX Airport). They will lead the charge in ensuring the guests receive exceptional guest service and outstanding food and beverage offerings, every day.
Our F&B Manager ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications. They promote a positive team culture focused on guest service and "wow-worthy" American Airlines lounge experiences.
- Salary- $60,000-$62,000 - based on skill and experience.
- Lounge Hours of Operation - 4AM - 12:30AM --365 days a year - Open availability is required. -
- Based on a 50-hour work week
- Minimum of 5 years in Fine Dining Leadership, or Private Club Leadership
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensures guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service, impactful team leadership, and ensuring and a clean and pleasant environment
- Maintains accurate and complete paperwork relating to restaurant and personnel
- Trains, develops, and mentors a team of engaged, focused, and dedicated associates committed to quality
- Manages financial performance to budgets, focusing on payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds and operating expenses and adheres to cash management policies
- Manages checklists and cash reporting; identifies cash shortages and overages during shift
- Creates crew schedules and identifies when to send crew home according to labor models and customer traffic / volume patterns
- Perform all ordering, accounting and maintaining product and supply inventories
- Takes initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation and security policies
Qualifications:
- Food & Beverage management experience (hotel restaurant, chain, or multi-unit)
- Experience with food costing and inventory
- Labor Costs and scheduling oversight
- Must be self-motivated and passionate about guest service delivery
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Minimum 2 years’ high volume F&B experience
- Customer service experience a must
