Kimley-Horn is Hiring a ProjectWise Database Administrator Near Saint Paul, MN

Overview:

Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazines 100 Best Companies to Work For, is looking for a ProjectWise Administrator to join the team in our St. Paul, MN office. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results and a desire to build their career at Kimley-Horn. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

Configuring and administration of ProjectWise and enterprise-level, integrated applications including installation, maintenance of environments (e.g., install, development, test, staging, production, etc.), patching, fixes, upgrades, and code management
Delivering and designing configuration and enhancement needs to meet specific business requirements including workflow rules engine, standard templates, document properties
Creating and maintaining rendition profiles, unmanaged profiles, and ICS rendition
Coordinating with software SMEs on integration features and functionality
Coordinating software feature development, testing and releases
Managing ProjectWise change management tasks
Managing the implementation of new integration services of PW365 integrations with ProjectWise Design Integration server
Acting as a liaison with Bentley SMEs to maintain, modify configuration in the cloud environment
Engaging on innovative projects as a subject matter expert
Working with internal project teams to identify client needs and opportunities for PW implementation
Coordinating and delivering ProjectWise User and Administrator training
Managing Deliverables Management structure and workflows
Providing end user support
Supporting ProjectWise Web and ProjectWise Drive
Coordinating installation of cache servers and liaising with IT subject matter experts where relevant

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related discipline, or Associates degree in computer Aided Design, Engineering Technology or similar, plus 8 years related experience
Solid ProjectWise knowledge and 4 years of experience working as ProjectWise administrator supporting 100 users
Bentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Basic)
An understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal team members, external clients, agencies, and stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Desired Skills
Bentley Dynamic Managed Workspaces
PowerShell scripting, SQL, ServiceNow workflows
PowerBI automation, dashboards, and fillable forms
Bentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Advanced)
A thorough knowledge of Windows Active Directory
Autodesk and Bentley CADD applications maintenance and plugin development
A comprehensive understanding of electronic document management with strong emphasis on engineering design
Visual Basic, Microstation Visual Basic for legacy applications
Knowledge of ProjectWise Infrastructure such as Windows servers, fileservers, database servers, web servers and networks
