Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Recruiter to join our recruiting team in Orange, CA to support our recruiting efforts for professionals in the A/E/C industry. 

Responsibilities

The qualified individual will support recruiting activities including job postings, applicant tracking, resume review, screening/interviewing, engagement and facilitating teams and project managers, and creative sourcing for passive candidates while driving the overall recruiting process. This position serves a key role in developing the growth within the California region on all positions relating to the A/E/C industry. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience
  • Professional presence and charisma, with ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff. 
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and competing demands with a positive and proactive approach and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to maintain records of recruiting activity and provide consistent recruiting progress updates to clients, members of leadership, and the Human Resources team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel, as needed. 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, online databases, or through other internet research methods.
  • Experience with application tracking systems.
