Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree
• EIT or P.E. License or can get licensed quickly
• 4 years of experience with roadway/highway design, site/land development, transportation planning, or energy projects
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners including clients, sub consultants, and utility companies
• Experience preparing final design plans, specifications and construction cost estimates
• Good problem solving and technical writing skills
• Proficiency with Microstation or Civil 3D drafting and design or modeling with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or PCSWMM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Desired
• Scope and fee preparation experience
