Kimball Midwest is Hiring a Release Manager Near Columbus, OH

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Release Manager our IT Department in our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities (or a few sentences)

  • Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of system changes by coordinating release activities, collaborating with development and operations teams, managing release
    schedules, and ensuring the quality of releases.
  • Continuously assesses and enhances release processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and overall effectiveness.
  • Facilitates collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination during the release lifecycle.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the company’s technology delivery pipeline by streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications

  • 6 years leadership experience in IT Operations, Solution Delivery, or other relevant focus
  • Experience in Continuous Delivery environments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills 
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
