Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Charlottesville, Virginia area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
