Kilwins Plano is seeking an energetic assistant Store Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the store’s efficient daily operations, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and satisfying work environment, and setting a positive example for other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and stock levels, perform regular merchandise restocking and maintain display area to meet customer demand.
- Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop initiatives to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of retail/restaurant/franchise experience.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
