```Responsibilities:```
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

-Manage our kitchen production, taking note of inventory and setting goals for kitchen staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries or issues
- Handle cash register duties, including processing transactions and ensuring accuracy
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving merchandise
- Train and supervise employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with employee scheduling and manage time-off requests
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and bank runs

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Ability to provide employee orientation and training
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
