We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Photographer to join our vibrant team at a gym-based streetwear brand. As our Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing captivating photos for our social media channels, advertisements, and behind-the-scenes content. In addition, you will play a key role in finding models and contributing to the branding direction across our social channels. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand the brand's vision and requirements for photoshoots.
• Plan and execute professional photoshoots, both in-studio and on-location, ensuring the shots align with our brand's aesthetic and message.
• Capture high-quality images that effectively communicate the essence of our gym-based streetwear brand, focusing on social media channels, advertisements, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Assist in finding suitable models for photoshoots, ensuring they align with our brand's target audience and image.
• Contribute to the branding direction across social channels by providing input on visual storytelling and maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and impact, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table to elevate our photography and brand visuals.
• Collaborate with the social media team to ensure a cohesive visual presence across all platforms.
• Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Photographer, preferably within the fashion, streetwear, or fitness industry.
• Proficient in photography equipment and software, including DSLRs, lighting setups, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your photography skills, with a focus on lifestyle, fashion, or brand-related content.
• Knowledge of composition, lighting techniques, and post-production editing to achieve desired visual effects.
• Ability to find and work with models, directing them to achieve the desired look and feel for photoshoots.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to contribute to branding direction across these channels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to convey ideas and concepts to team members and models.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours, as needed.
• Passion for streetwear fashion, fitness, and an understanding of current trends.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
