Kilian Management Services is Hiring a Payroll Clerk Near West, WI
New hire and payroll processing for 53 McDonald's Restaurants. Payroll taxes, quarterly taxes, W4 and I-9 verification, vacation/holiday recording and other misc. job duties. Must be accurate in 10 key, good knowledge in excel, good phone etiquette and people skills.
Some payroll . Wage based on experience.
We are looking for a qualified Payroll Clerk to assist in new hire and payoll processing for 53 McDonald's restaurants. You will have a variety of tasks such as entering payroll information and taxes, W4 and I9 verification, vacation/holiday recording and tracking, and serve as point of contact or payroll app questions.

Responsibilities
- Bi-weekly payroll processing
- Quarterly Taxes
- W4 and I9 verfications
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
- Calculate holiday and vacation pay
- Manage and calculate taxes and deductions
- Initiate periodical payments timely either by preparing and administering checks or making direct deposits through a bank payment system
- Issues statements and invoices and maintain records
- Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
- Help staff with payroll app questions
Requirements and skills
- Excellent technology skills (including Apps and software)
- Familiarity with general accounting principles
- Experience in data collection, entry and reporting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Attention to Detail
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Payforce)
- Outstanding math and numerical skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
- Associate Degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
