Position Type:

Part-time, with the potential for full-time as the need expands.

Responsibilities:

As a Public Housing Authority (PHA) Liaison at Kiley Management, you will:

  • Serve as a liaison between Kiley Management and all organizations providing housing assistance.
  • Accurately compile, complete, and submit the necessary paperwork to accept housing assistance payments from various housing organizations.
  • Following up with housing assistance organizations as needed to ensure a timely process.
  • Document and track the progress of the housing assistance process in our customer relations management (CRM) system, property management system, and any other system as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members, residents, and owner clients to complete the housing assistance process and ensure a positive experience for all involved.
  • Efficiently use and adapt to the software systems used by Kiley Management.
  • Work within strict deadlines, demonstrating effective time management skills.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and other equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A valid Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of Michigan.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic functions of tablets and computers.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate company vehicles and other equipment safely.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, policies, and procedures.
