Position Type:

Part-time, with the potential for full-time as the need expands.

Responsibilities:

As a Lawn Care Specialist at Kiley Management, you will:

• Use a lawn mower, sod cutters, and other tools to trim grass and edge lawn areas.
• Apply seed, fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns.
• Maintain and water plants, flower beds, and underlying soil.
• Operate blower to gather leaves, hedge trimmings, and debris for removal.
• Use pruners and trimmers to remove shrub and tree overgrowth.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and turf.
• Drive work trucks to/from job sites and supplier locations
• Load and unload lawn care tools into/from work trucks and trailers.
• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, paths, and driveways in winter.
• Document completed jobs using Kiley Management software systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on lawn care equipment.
• Interact positively with residents and clients.
• Efficiently use and adapt to the software systems used by Kiley Management.
• Work within strict deadlines, demonstrating effective time management skills.
• Safely operate company equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic functions of tablets and computers.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Ability to work responsibly as part of a team or independently.
• Knowledge of industry accepted lawn care practices.
