Your Role at KIK
Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for analytical and physical testing of products produced within the production facility, monitoring of critical quality systems, reporting and documentation, as well as other general laboratory duties. Determines necessary steps to address non-compliance; ensures changes to quality standards are implemented.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $20 – $23 plus a 3% Quarterly incentive bonus . The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
