Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Compounder (Operator) to join our team on the 2nd shift (M-F, 3:30pm - 12:00am). The Compounder will be responsible for blending raw materials to create various products according to specifications.

Duties:

- Measure and combine ingredients according to specific formulas
- Operate equipment such as mixers, blenders, and scales
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of ingredients used and batches produced
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Package finished products for distribution

Requirements:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in compounding or blending
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with materials handling procedures
- Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to fabricate and machine parts is an advantage

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Chemical blending/mixing: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Alsip, IL 60803: Relocate before starting work (Required)
