- Proven trackrecord of sales growth through sales skills and accountability forsales results.
- Abilityto train (through practice and roleplay) coach and developexcellent patient focused and sales and resultsorientedassociates.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding experienceduring direct interaction with patients.
- Ability to recruit and select associates anddoctors.
- Abilityto present and implement decisive and creative solutions toopportunities to grow the business.
- Ability to provide enthusiastic and concisecommunication to meet / exceed patient expectations.
- Foster positive andresultsoriented associate and doctor relationships.
- Success in store merchandising andattention to detail.
