POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales & Administrative Assistant to learn and grow with our expanding company. This entry level role will report to our Operations Manager and will be responsible for marketing and sales efforts for the brand.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or sales, with 0-2 years’ experience, possess a strong drive for connecting customers to solutions, and be able clearly communicate and engage with potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Sales Representative in building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend tradeshows.
• Engage with customers and visit sites as necessary to obtain photography / testimonials of projects.
• Liaise with external marketing team to ensure objectives are hit and effective content is being delivered
• Identify ways to engage with new customers and markets to increase sales
• Partner with internal and external teams to tailor marketing and sales messaging to meaningfully connect with various target audiences
• Maintain internal marketing and sales data

COMPETENCIES

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
• Experience working with customers in a variety of scenarios
• Experience with Salesforce, Constant Contact, or other CRM / communication platforms
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, passport preferred

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to travel up to approximately 50% throughout North America
