Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere
- Provide care and supervision for children during daycare hours
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development
- Utilize early intervention strategies to address individual learning needs
- Educate children on basic literacy and math concepts
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Familiarity with early intervention techniques
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons for young learners
