Head Coach Job Description:KidStrong Alamo Ranch is looking for a Head Coach!! If you enjoy working with children, making children smarter & stronger, and working with an amazing team, then let’s talk!
We are looking for a Head Coach with an athletic or coaching background who has experience coaching kids ages walking - 11 years old. Our classes run weekdays: mornings (8:30 am - 11:30 am) and evenings (3:30 pm until 7:30 pm). Weekends we start at 8AM and run through 2pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop his/her coaching team in order to maintain excellency in our product.
Deliver pre-designed workouts to parents and students (max 15 students per class) ages walking – 11 years old.
Recruit, hire, and train new coaches and ensure all center processes and programming is followed and executed properly.
Energize and motivate members throughout the class.
Build member culture by developing relationships with each member and creating events to foster that family-feel for our members.
Responsible for follow-up communication with new and current KidStrong Center members.
Conducts monthly rollout meetings with coaching staff.
Attends KidStrong Programming meetings and KidStrong Leadership meetings to ensure understanding of new programming and new processes.
Handles member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution.
Ensure safety of participants.
Maintenance and cleaning of center equipment, center floor, and center facilities.
Conduct parent concern calls, 5-star review calls, and new member join calls.
Charged with creating a weekly schedule and reporting bi-weekly hours for payroll.
Head Coaches must be on the schedule for minimum 24 shift hours per week.
Head coaches must complete a minimum of 8 admin hours in the center each week which should be used to complete the tasks and duties outlined in the Head Coach Admin Duties
Assist the Center Director, when needed, with community engagement events and revenue driving events.
Lead the center alongside the director to build a winning center that meets KPIs.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience coaching students within the KidStrong age range.
Experience in talking and educating parents.
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
Strong ability to multitask and be organized.
Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
Leadership experience.
Self-starter that just gets a job done!
