THE ROLE:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales for a territory of KidStrong centers by reaching out to prospective clients/members. In this critical position, the Sales Manager must demonstrate a deep understanding of the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The Sales Manager must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up. Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required.
The Sales Manager must execute sound communication with the center they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey. An exceptional Sales Manager will maintain great relationships with families they enroll in order to drive retention and to serve as an ongoing source of referrals.
This is not the typical 9am-5pm job. For the Sales Manager to be successful they will be making calls and interacting with parents when they are available – mornings, evenings, and weekends. This role is based out of Edmonds, WA location (5 days/week) and you will spend some time working virtually from home and in center (3-5 shifts per week) Also you will have the opportunity to get out into the community and spread the word about KidStrong! Flexibility in availability is required.
