Kidspace Adventures Holdings is Hiring a Digital Marketing Executive Near Epsom, NH

Salary: Competitive from £25- £30k per annum depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Please note we are able to accommodate flexible and remote working. We just need the post holder to be on site at our various locations from time to time and attend team meetings in Epsom. For this reason we can only consider applicants resident and with the right to work in the UK.

We are a seven day a week operation and our digital platforms are live 24 hours a day. This means some out of office hours and weekend working will be required.

About Escapade

This is a new role in a fast-paced and growing commercial team supporting Escapade’s ambitious growth plans.Strategy, campaign management and delivery:
The postholder will be responsible for the success of our campaigns, and therefore the end-to-end process i.e. generating ideas, creating campaigns from scratch, audience targeting, channel management and content, customer journey and performance reporting.The Campaign Executive will need to work proactively rather than ‘waiting to hear back’ from colleagues and agencies, but driving delivery, decisions and content generation themselves to make things happen.Agency liaison and reporting
· Assist Head of Marketing with campaign strategy development on and ongoing delivery for Group and each site.· Ensure sites and operational teams have everything they need in place to deliver campaigns from digital and printed materials to merchandise and entertainment.· Report on campaign results and make recommendations to improve schedule for each site and groupPerson Specification
· Proactive and organised with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
· Track record of general marketing and campaign management.· Experience in briefing agencies and colleagues on campaigns and delivery.· Excellent organisational and project management skills with a delivery focus.· Excellent communication skills.Desirable criteria· Understanding of seasonal leisure trends

· Developing and creating digital and offline campaigns

· Experience and understanding of visitor attractions leisure, retail, hospitality environment

· Personal credibility, excellent interpersonal & influencing skills.

· Must demonstrate initiative and have a proactive approach to work.

· Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, content management systems and Canva.

Essential Criteria

· Inquisitive and strategic approach to creating and enhancing campaigns and results driven.

· A commercial. creative and strategic thinker ideally with some marketing and campaign management experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for best practice and excellence in guest experience, as well as commercial acumen and a creative flair for designing campaigns.

· Work closely with Contact Centre to ensure they are always fully briefed on campaigns and price excellent customer service to our guests.

· Work with a range of agencies to create and deliver campaigns from idea stage to results reporting and everything in between.

Key tasks and responsibilities

The role holder will work closely with our PR, design and videography agencies to create content, collateral and promote campaigns via all channels deploy every tool in the kit to reach our desired audiences from digital advertising and SEO to website updates and email newsletters.

Campaign ownership, evolution and management:

The successful candidate will need to create and manage an annual campaign calendar, generate ideas for campaigns and liaise with operational teams to bring the campaigns to life and drive guests to our sites, ensuring they have a great time.

The Campaign Executive will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director in creating and delivering a year-round campaign strategy plus seasonal and ad-hoc campaigns for the Group and each of its brands and sites.

About the role:

The Escapade Group operates the ultimate indoor and outdoor adventure parks. Currently operating three popular brands, Hobbledown, Kidspace and Gripped across six sites, the business has ambitious plans to expand. At present, there’s an established Hobbledown Adventure Farm Park & Zoo at Epsom, Hobbledown Heath which opened in 2022 alongside Gripped, the best Adrenaline Park in the South and two incredible indoor play and children’s party venues at Croydon and Romford. We’ve also just opened Watermouth Castle and family theme park in Ilfracombe, Devon We welcome over 1 million people through our doors and host over 7,000 birthday parties a year.

Location: Hybrid and Hobbledown Epsom, UK with regular travel to 6 UK sites.
