It provides an environment that nurtures children’s growth and development through unstructured educational play. We've created a dynamic and engaging setting where children can naturally develop vital skills like problem-solving, social interaction, and critical thinking, all while thoroughly enjoying themselves. The store is located at Redmond, WA 98052.

Responsibilities:

• Rotate among various roles including Front Desk, Store Supervisor, and Party Host.
• Responsibilities at the Front Desk involve checking customers in and out, making retail sales, booking parties and answering any questions customers may have.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of our space, including picking up toys and tidy up the space as needed during the shift.
• As a Party Host during weekends, responsibilities include setting up and cleaning up the party room, arranging party decorations and conducting add-on activities for kids, with training provided prior to starting.
• Stay well-informed about our program offerings and remain curious about emerging competitors and industry trends.
• Maintain CPR certification or be willing to obtain certification within a two-week timeframe.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for all customers and team members.

Requirements:

• Passionate for kids business
• Experience in retail or kids business industry preferred
• Punctuality is very important
• Current First Aid, CPR Training certificate- we sponsor for the training
