Kids for the Future Rogers is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve our children with a diagnosis of Autism in our Early Intervention Day Treament (EIDT) setting.
This is a Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 position and childcare is available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in the EIDT setting..
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including parents, teachers, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care and consistent implementation of treatment goals
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies
Supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians and Line Therapists

- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and their families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
