OBJECTIVE:

Key Holders are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring that the store is clean and organized, assisting cashiers in periods of high customer volume, and managing the alarm system, including setting and disarming it, among other duties.
The Key Holder will need to be the first person at the store and the last one to leave, requiring a high level of responsibility. They are to perform many tasks with the families throughout the amusement park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time, while at Kids
Empire.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

● Attends customers as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the amusement park.

● Operates the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver.

● Cashier responsibilities; receiving payments and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.

● Organizes the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.

● Walk the floor regularly to monitor if there are no unsafe hazards present and if guests are following the park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.

● Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures ie tables, chairs, and playground structures.

● Schedule and coordinate family events and assist those events to operate efficiently. www.kidsempire.com

● Must be able to work in a noisy environment created by guests such as children yelling and music.

● Must be able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment during peak hours.

● Must be able to maneuver in small play areas

● Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

● Work weekends and holidays

● Ability to maintain an upbeat positive attitude with children

● Operate an IPad

● Good communication skills

● Read and write in English

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

● Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.

● Frequent bilateral hand movements.

● Must be able to lift 25lbs
