Kids After Hours is looking for a licensing specialist to join our team in our Rockville office. The Licensing specialist will be in charge of ensuring that Kids After Hours is following all required laws and regulations issued from childcare licensing.

The ideal person for this position has excellent Organizational skills, is Detail oriented, prompt with all communication and a love for helping people.

Responsibilities: 

• Center visits to do Mock inspections and speak with staff about what documents we need from them.
• Schedule meetings with directors
• communicate with Licensing 
• stay up to date on any regulation changes
• Always be willing to step in and help out whenever needed! 

Requirements: 

• 5 years working in childcare licensing OR 5 years of directing a large childcare center.
• Must Drive your own vehicle 
• Must have an Associates or bachelors degree in any field
