Job Summary:

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students.
- Provide individualized instruction to support students' learning goals.
- Manage classroom activities to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure academic success.
- Utilize special education strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Implement childcare and early childhood education best practices.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of teaching materials.
- Implement early intervention strategies to address student challenges effectively.

Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in tutoring and providing academic support.
- Strong classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment.
- Ability to develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to student needs.
