Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and assess each child's individual needs and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare, early childhood education setting, or similar role
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with creating and implementing age-appropriate curriculum
- Ability to provide first aid when necessary
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Certification in early childhood education or related field is preferred
