A bit about us:

We are a busy bi-lingual (Spanish/English) household that is always on the go! From cheering on our 10-year-old daughter’s swim meets to watching our 5-year-old’s dance recitals. We make it a point however to make time to be together. We love exploring in our very walkable neighborhood where you can get to a lot of cool places, like the lake or 50th and France. We enjoy cooking meals together and have recently been into watching Master Chef Junior, and our youngest even has her own set of Montessori knives! Our dog is a treasured member of our family and is always up for any adventure you wish to take her on!

A bit about you:

You are a self-starter who can take direction and run with it. You can put together a plan and follow through. Our girls are very affectionate and love to cuddle, so hopefully you do too! You are engaging and outgoing. You’re always up for a Taylor Swift themed dress up and dance party! You are a good problem solver and can think on the go. You can establish authority when needed but focus on the fun. You have a strong personality and can work with children who are the same.

Job Duties:

The day starts with arriving at the home and overseeing the children get ready for the day and provide breakfast. Then the oldest has swim practice in the mornings, so you and our 5-year-old will have some one-on-one time to go to the park or check out the library! After swim pick-up, you can help the girls get lunch and plan out the afternoon! There are tons of fun things to explore nearby from parks to the lake to window shopping! Towards the end of the day, you can end with some downtime, reading a book together or just hanging out.

Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours, No care needed July 29th to August 9th

Qualifications: Outgoing, engaging, motivated, encouraging, experience with children the same age

Set yourself apart: Spanish speaker would be awesome! Play an instrument or the piano, and/or a capable swimmer.

Schedule: Starting June 10th Monday to Friday from 8a-5p or so until August 30th

Pay: Starting at $21/hour
