The Office Manager plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the office environment, overseeing administrative functions, managing office resources, and supporting various departments. The primary objective is to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive working atmosphere for all employees. The Office Manager is a key figure in maintaining the efficiency and cohesion of the workplace. The role requires a balance of organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete daily tasks around the office efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Manage office supplies and small equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and overseeing procurement.
  • Oversee office maintenance, including repairs, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Communicate with external vendors for facility-related services.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitor office expenses.
  • Assist with the coordination and organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure proper sign-in and sign out of facility guests.
  • Answer the door for unexpected guests.
  • Assist department managers and directors when needed.
  • Answer phones and direct to appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and industry standards. We are committed to offering a competitive salary that reflects the candidate's unique skills and expertise. Our salary range is starting at $16.00 per hour. This position will be expected to work 30-40 hours per week.
