As a Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in showcasing the features and benefits of our world-class car to potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present the features and benefits of our Kia models in a compelling and informative manner.
• Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and capabilities of the vehicle.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Provide accurate pricing and financing information, explaining options and terms clearly.
• Collaborate with our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and industry trends is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
