Job Summary

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the presentation of R82 product education and training curriculums which detail the product application and fitting for positive functional outcomes in the assigned region. This specialist will train providers and therapists in the application, function and benefits of the R82 product line offered in North America utilizing their in-depth understanding of the products, regional reimbursement and clinical background. This is a field position that requires travel to educate and familiarize customers through product presentations, clinical in-services, and product/client assessments. This position will also train sales associates with the goal of supporting efforts to increase sales of all R82 products in the assigned region.

Territory: Florida - Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami

Essential Job Functions

To perform the job successfully, the individual will accomplish the following:

• Attend trade shows, customer events and sales meetings as necessary.

• Visit, train, educate and, in general, generate interest in the R82 product line with the goal of increasing sales within the geography.
• Create, plan, and schedule travel, in-services, and customer visits within assigned geography, focusing on “key” opportunities to influence clinicians to win business.

• Manage sales expenses within the guidelines of the expense policy.

• Work closely with existing Etac territory managers.

• Uphold Company values and ethical business conduct as well as maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Physical or Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatrics.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• In depth knowledge of clinical issues relating to pediatric populations
• Knowledge of manual mobility products
• Ability to establish and maintain communications both inside and outside the company
• Funding knowledge within complex rehab technology preferred
• Ability to network with providers, ATP’s, clinicians, and caregivers

Working Relationships

• Reports directly to the: National Product Specialist Manager
• Cross functional team involvement is required

Environment

• Will require up to 75% travel focusing on specific “key” referral sources, their clinicians, providers and ATP’s
• Valid driver's license
• Requires lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
