```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters. Duties:
- Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters, including medical history, physical examinations, procedures, and treatment plans
- Transcribe physician orders and prescriptions
- Assist with coding and billing processes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) system and input data accurately
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Prior experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role is preferred but not required

Skills:
- X-Ray knowledge
- Physiology knowledge
- Medication administration
- Coding experience is a plus
- Patient care skills
- Basic life support certification is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
