Job Title: Medical Assistant - Medical Spa

Responsibilities:

• Administer injections and assist medical staff in various cosmetic procedures ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Greet patients upon arrival, assist with intake forms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Manage and update social media platforms to promote the spa's services, engage with clients, and create engaging content.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a clean and organized spa environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and inquiries effectively.
• Adhere to medical spa policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant certification.
• Previous experience in administering injections and assisting in cosmetic procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling social media platforms and basic marketing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic office procedures.
• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
