KH Security inc is Hiring a Security Site Supervisor Near Chicago, IL
Overview:

We are looking for security guards to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! MUST HAVE A PROFESSIONAL LOOK AND TONE!
Location: Chicago Cinespace Film Studios
- 2nd Shift: 1:00pm-9:30pm
- Monday- Friday
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a security officer role, with at least 3 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Must be able to stand and patrol for 8-10 hours.
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Must have a valid Perc Card and 20 hours training certificate.
- Perc card must expire 5/31/2027. Please renew card if it expiries 5/31/2024.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
- Must have previous scheduling experience.
- Must have a professional tone and appearance.
- Must possess reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the stage manager in scheduling the guards on a weekly basis.
- Ensure that all guards are in uniform on a daily basis.
- Assist on breaking each guard on shift.
- Ensure that all guards are prompt and placed in the correct position for their given shift.
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
Skills
- Ability to stand on feet for 8-12 hours.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
