RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX/UI Designer II in Atlanta, GA. Duties: * UX/UI Designer II will design html prototypes, visual interfaces, and interaction of web-based applications * Designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles * Implements the user interface design * Works with the product development team to design online user experiences * Ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity * Manage and execute digital projects in compliance with brand standards * Translate creative briefs into design assets and systems that meet business goals as defined by product and marketing managers * As a UX/UI Designer II, you will collaborate with research and growth team to make data-driven design decisions * Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, engineers, SEO team, and project managers to deliver polished and communicative design * Contribute to our design systems and patterns library * Help identify new website improvement opportunities * Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience developing consumer and/or commercial web & mobile application interfaces * Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling creative assets for websites * Solid intuition and demonstration of visual design principles and tools used in interaction design * Have excellent typography and layout skills * Expertise in Figma * Understanding of CMS systems * Have a clean, polished style with an eye for detail * Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
