Kforce Technology Staffing is Hiring a Remote Technical Program Manager

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lehi, UT that is seeking a Technical Program Manager that will coordinate the successful delivery and execution of projects ensuring tangible business value and outcomes. They will lead programs to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions. The Technical Program Manager will work with stakeholders and multiple, skilled engineers and development teams to deliver releases ensuring technical integrity of the reporting solutions and underlying data platform.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with business analysts, designers, data engineers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
* The Technical Program Manager will identify and escalate risks, issues, and problems, proposing effective solutions to overcome obstacles
* Drive usability testing initiatives, measure, and report results
* Build and maintain relationships with various teams and individuals across the organization
* Lead project management deliverables and facilitate productive user/customer conversations
* Transform requirements into detailed feature specifications and user stories
* Establish acceptance criteria for the engineering team
* Adapt to ambiguity and embrace change in the product backlog
* Drive backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions with business and engineering teams
* As a Technical Program Manager, you will organize sprints, scrum meetings, and delivery timelines
* Conduct effective meetings with engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience using project management software such as Smartsheets
* Experience in managing data warehousing and AI/ML development projects
* Experience working with modern data analytics technology stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, SQL Server, FiveTran, Python, Hadoop)
* Familiarity with Jira for efficient project management
* Familiarity with managing database development and data integration projects
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Proven track record of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
* Strong ability to communicate effectively across various levels and departments
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities
* Effective planning and execution skills, with the ability to define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
