RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in New York City, NY that is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join their team.
Summary:
This person will work with a team and be responsible for onsite technical issues. The Senior Technical Support Analyst will need to be onsite 5 days per week as support for the office staff. They will be setting up new pcs; A/V break/fix; Network printer breakfix; various other hardware and software break/fix; and first line troubleshooting phone and network issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of Windows Vista, XP, Win7, Win10 as well as familiarity with troubleshooting these OSs
* Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting; Network troubleshooting; Imaging computers
* Good communication skills - written and verbal; Will be assisting new user set-ups
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
