RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Lead in San Jose, CA.
Summary:
UX leaders are the conduit between the business problem and the experience solution. You will be responsible for ensuring that experience designs meet the needs of users. Much of the job is to educate team-members and stakeholders on how designs are meeting user needs. The role is a direct partner with Research/Audience, Visual Design, Development and Business Strategists.
Responsibilities:
* Senior UX Lead will work collaboratively in a virtual studio environment, leading UX on projects
* Launch highly crafted products and other digital channels
* Use insights to identify new opportunities
* Have a passion for learning and sharing
* Work hand in hand with visual designers and developers in agile environments
* Evangelize the value of UX and Design across Company
* Understand and work with Atomic Design systems
* Ensure that experiences meet the needs of visitors at each touchpoint
* As a leader you will be both an individual contributor to projects and a people leader to junior UX team members
* Present experience designs with Visual Designers to all levels of the company
* Lead design discussions and workshops

* Someone who can lead the strategy and design of UX projects in digital spaces
* A product owner mindset who can see the big picture and make meaningful connections between functional teams to ensure innovative outcomes
* A passion for always learning about our users and bringing those learning to everyone
* A talented storyteller; Design evangelist
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
