RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for Senior Site Reliability Engineers to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Duties:
The Senior Site Reliability Engineers helps lead projects that are focused on managing and maintaining optimum platform infrastructure performance, reliability, and security using SRE practices, observability tools, manual and automated procedures, documentation, people and processes and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, processes, and designs.
Duties:
* Senior Site Reliability Engineers develops complex services to automate monitoring activities and provide critical information to facilitate response and resolution of performance and availability issues and incidents
* Understands and advocates for standardized and scalable software tools to ensure that systems operate without interruption at optimum performance and leads project teams throughout the deployment process
* Troubleshoots and analyzes service disruptions to determine the root cause of issues and develop solutions for improved reliability
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science)
* AWS, Route 53, Lambda, Mongo DB, Kafka, Kubernetes
* Load Balancing/Load Redirecting/Load Restricting strategies
* Monitoring and Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Elk
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
