Location : Boynton Beach, FL

Pay rate : $16 / hr

Working schedule : Monday- Friday 1st shift

We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse / Shipping Associate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties :

• Completing Transit receipts
• Managing emails and other correspondents
• Documenting and ensuring daily inventory transactions
• Receiving, pulling, processing labeling parts
• Storing information regarding parts
• Verifying correct quantities of parts and monitoring completed items for quality
• Entering components serial number
• Programming Terminals
• Other duties as assigned

Shipping Duties :

• Package and process orders accurately
• Prepare and maintain the required documentation, bills of lading, packing list, shipping records
• Inspect and verify outgoing goods
• Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
• Ship equipment and goods to customers and other branches
• Review and manage backorders to customers and other branches
• Pack goods to be shipped, prepare shipments for delivery, schedule distribution of goods
• Use hand tools to create shipping crates, assemble containers and crate
• Use a computer, weighing and measurement equipment to perform the job task
• Record shortages and route goods to appropriate storage areas
• Maintain assigned work area and equipment in a safe manner
• Maintain all equipment, products and ensure that inventory is accurate, labelled and up-to-date
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Forklift experience helpful
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• 1-2 years of related working experience
• Computer proficiency (working knowledge of Microsoft office or other software)
• Excellent team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong math and data entry skills
• Experience working with spreadsheets
