Overview:

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating the co-occurring mental health needs of our patients. Your responsibilities will include providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing care planning as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments to identify co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to address patients' mental health needs.
• Offer mental health consultation and education to patients, customers, and staff members.
• Facilitate crisis intervention to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Supervise unlicensed mental health staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
• Fully licensed in the state you are practicing as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or similar (e.g., CA: LP, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Minimum of 2 years freedom from substance use problems.
• Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Individual National Provider Identification (NPI) number.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Twelve Step treatment approaches and stages of recovery.
• Knowledge/training in addiction studies.
• Willingness to be licensed in other states.
• Spanish fluency.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $98,500.00 per year
