Qualifications:

• Passionate advocate for customer needs with a strong grasp of Agile principles.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Business Stakeholders, Software Engineering, Data Design, CIP, and Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Jira Align), collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint), reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Expertise in Foundational and Analytics Platforms, Datamarts design and Analytics tools.
• Proven ability to balance technical knowledge with business acumen in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• AWS, Databricks, Snowflake certifications a plus
