Are you looking for stability and longevity in your career? A small, but growing professional services company is looking for full-time Benefits Client Manager to join their dependable team.

The Benefits Client Manager will serve as the first point of contact for clients and will answer client inquiries regarding group benefits. In additional to providing exceptional customer service, the Benefits Coordinator will assist with claims, resolve HRA card issues, prepare proposals, enrollment packets and renewals, and initiate follow-ups with clients after enrollment.

Additional administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, scheduling Medicare appointments for clients, preparing file folders, and ordering office supplies will be assigned.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and is comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Candidates without benefits experience may be considered. Individuals with a strong administrative background are encouraged to apply!

Job Requirements

• Solid background and understanding of employee benefits administration preferred
• NYS Individual, Life and Health Insurance License is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Superb interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
