Technician

Key Personnel is seeking candidates for a Service Technician in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

South Tulsa location

Pay Rate and Hours for Technician:

• Pay: $20.00/HR DOE
• Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, You will off every Wednesday and every other Weekend. Overtime and Holidays are a requirement.

Job Description for Technician:

• Assist in the daily workflow of the Service group, including scheduling of RMAs, Validation Test, Service calls, or other tasks as assigned by SBU Manager.
• Providing root cause analysis data to applicable departments.
• Repair parts, assemblies performing mechanic tasks.
• Write detailed repair procedures and or test reports as directed and maintain in Test Procedure library/Standards Library.
• Writes RMA's as required on units to be returned for repair or credit and prepares sales orders for RMA repairs.
• Provides field support as assigned; including (not limited to) on-site diagnostics, repairs, part sales, and customer presentations.
• Keeps record of service calls, sales orders, RMA's, warranties and credits as directed and required.

Job Requirements for Technician:

• Basic/entry knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic elements systems.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electronic systems.
• Basic ability to gather data, write reports, and present findings.
• Must be able to travel as required and /or directed.
