Key Personnel is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Tulsa, OK
Key Personnel is looking for a Dental Assistant to work at a Dental office in the Tulsa Metro area. Dental Assistant duties will be required 80% of the time and covering the front desk will be 20% of the time.
Dental Assistant Pay Rate:
$17-21/ hr DOE
Dental Assistant Hours:
7:45am – 5pm Monday-Friday
Dental Assistant Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greet and seat patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide great patient care
- Record treatment information in patients' chart in TDO
- Record patient histories and vital signs into the patients TDO chart
- Inform Dr. of any medical issues, treatment issues, or other information of interest prior to Dr. seeing the patient
- Take all needed x-rays and CBCTs as instructed by Dr.
- Maintenance and care of all dental equipment in the office
- Relaying needed information to patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide postoperative instructions to the patient as needed
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Setting up instrument trays
- Prepare operatories as needed
- Preparation of needed materials for evaluations and procedures
- Assisting Dr. with evaluations and procedures
- Assist with any and all medical or dental emergencies that may arise
- Ensure that all areas of the office are clean and ready for patients
- Ensure that all office laundry is washed, dried, folded, and put away
Front Office Responsibilities (As Needed)
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Helping with Insurance quotes
- Confirming appointments
Requirements
- Dental Assistant Certification required
