Key Management is Hiring an Apartment Property Manager Near Wichita, KS
Looking for someone with a sales/customer service driven personality and "pep in their step". Property management experience is a plus for this position. Looking for someone that is customer focused and well organized with excellent time management skills.
The Property Manager will conduct the day-to-day operations of the community, including, but not limited to:
- rent collections
- bank deposits
- management reports
- apartment rentals
- pre-occupancy and post occupancy inspections
- delegate and monitor work orders
- handling community emergencies
- maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- coordinate resident events
- other duties as assigned
The potential candidate needs to have a flexible attitude and ability to role with the punches. We want someone who is interested in a long term career with an opportunity for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
